Reserve

The first opportunity is for those who have been through the RockinRealty experience, & who understand & appreciate our philosophy & the way we work, but who do not have the time to actively engage in helping others buy, sell, & rent homes due to other full-time commitments (e.g. a full time job, stay at home parent, etc.) Many of these folks are in corporate jobs where they may be exposed to more than a small number of people looking to Sell, Buy, or lease Real Estate. We want only those who can represent us well & who share our desire to provide outstanding customer service in a fullfilling teamwork environment where we can help each other grow as both agents & people while serving others.

We offer you a chance to participate in the RockinRealty Network by leveraging what you're already doing day to day. You can earn a substantial amount of cash simply by spending time with the people you already spend time with & referring your friends, aquaintences, & coworkers to us. We'll take it from there! For every person you refer who closes a transaction with us, we'll pay you a generous share of our commission. Your start-up costs are minimum, & you can easily earn back this entire amount from your first referral!

Active Duty

The second opportunity is to become an active RockinRealty Team Member & directly help others sell, buy, & lease Real Property. To do this, you must be an experienced agent or be able to sustain yourself for a period of at least six months without any income from Real Estate Sales -because that's the typical ramp-up period. It definitely helps to have a working spouse or a part time job, but working full time outside real estate is not compatible with being a successful Real Estate Agent who is available for flexible scheduling of appointments with Clients, training, & a host of other things involved in being a RockinRealty Team Member.


We Care

Being active in Real Estate Sales involves a myriad of costs -including mandatory membership dues, licensing fees, business expenses, office supplies & equipment, marketing, etc. Being on our Team will help keep your costs down because we'll provide you with all the basics -including business cards, e-mail, & more, however we care about our Team Mates, & we don't want anyone to try to bite off more than they can realistically chew. We want you to know what you're getting into before you join us. That's why we take time with you up front to prepare you for life on "The Team"!
